I’ve lived in Faribault my entire life but my wife and I enjoy traveling all around Minnesota as well as the surrounding states. When I’m not at work I’m usually spending time with my grandchildren and my grown children. I enjoy going to watch the Vikings, especially at US Bank Stadium, concerts, taking my wife to various musicals and going out to eat… I really enjoy that, as my bathroom scale can attest. I love music and spend a lot of time on the weekends looking for CDs of big hair bands that I don’t currently have in my collection.

Mike Reviews ‘Despicable Me 3′
Yesterday I went to see the latest adventures of, super villian turned secret agent, Gru and his Minions in Despicable Me 3. My grown children and my grandchildren joined my wife and I at an early screening of the movie. Despite this being the third installment in this series, with the Minions getting their own franchise with the prequel Minions, everyone thought that this movie was just as good a

If you think you have a crappy job then you need to take a look at the one of the duties of Dennison's mayor, Jeff Flaten. On the plus side, he works for the Minnesota Department of Corrections and is the mayor of the friendly little town of Dennison, which are both very rewarding jobs in their own right...

Summertime is Tubing Time
One of my favorite summer activities is enjoying a cold beverage while relaxing on an inner tube as it slowly drifts down a lazy river. Step Back in Time With a Super NES Classic Edition
Good news gamers, Nintendo is set to release their retro console, Super NES Classic Edition. For Christmas this past year I had hoped to get my hands on a Nintendo Classic Edition game console, but because of the limited numbers that were released it didn't work out...
What Are These Strange Balls in the Minnesota Woods?
If you plan on spending any time in the Ely area this summer, don't be surprised by the strange balls of branches and sticks that decorate the landscape at some of the local national forest campgrounds. It was really hard to miss them as there are several dozen of them at the honor campground that I recently stayed at...
