The Bethlehem Academy Cardinals had a day away from school to get ready for the Kingsland Knights. The Knights just had a two-hour late start on Tuesday. Not sure if the day off played a factor our not but the Cardinals were a little slow getting started and ended up down at halftime 43-24 at the Mayo Civic Center Auditorium.

Clark got things going in the second half and the Cardinals won the second half 37-32. But could not get only closer than 9 points. Alex Bongers got a number of his 14 points of off rebounds.

Zach Bubany led all scorers with 22for Kingsland. They made 8 from 3 point land and a few looked like NBA 3s and made 21 from the charity stripe.

Jack Clark led the scoring with 18. Avery Hunt 15, Bongers 14. They along with Mikhail Campbell Nick Olson, Luke Donkers and Kyle Schulz (the rest of the seniors) were the State Farm Insurance agents of Faribault Players of the game.

The Cardinals end their season at 15-12. Kingsland faces Rushford-Peterson Saturday morning at 11 am at the Mayo Civic Center Auditorium.
