Bethlehem Academy Softball Second Seed

The Faribault Bethlehem Academy Cardinals will begin playoff action Monday evening at North Alexander Park against Alden-Conger in the West Subsection of Section 1 Class A playoffs. Game time is 5PM.

Top seed Hayfield entertains Glenville-Emmons. No. 3 seed Blooming Prairie has Lyle-Pacelli come to their field. No. 4 seed Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton hosts United South Central.

The winners advance to play Wednesday at the high seed, so if the Cardinals are victorious they will play at home again. Game time is 4:30PM. The next round would be at Todd Park in Austin on Friday.

In the East Subsection of Section 1A, top seed Wabasha-Kellogg plays Rushford- Peterson today at 5PM. No. 4 seed Houston hosts Southland. No. 2 seed Randolph entertains Mabel-Canton. No. 3 seed Goodhue hosts Lewiston-Altura.

Winners play Wednesday at the high seed and the Tournament continues Friday in Wabasha.

In Section 1 Class AA West Subsection Tournament action:

The top seed Zumbrota-Mazeppa received a bye and hosts Wednesday at 5PM the winner of the No. 4 seed Dover-Eyota versus No. 5 seed Grand Meadow/Leroy-Ostrander/Kingsland. Those teams play at 5PM Monday.

Other Monday games have No. 2 seed Pine Island hosting No. 7 seed Cannon Falls at 4:30PM. No. 3 seed Rochester Lourdes tangles with No. 6 seed Triton at Soldiers Field in Rochester. The highest seeds host Wednesday games. The next round is Friday in Zumbrota.
