Bowl For Kid’s Sake

Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southern Minnesota is getting set for their annual Bowl For Kid's Sake, a part of Owatonna's Weekend of Giving. There are 3 opportunities to bowl this year. Friday, April 13 from 4:30-8:30PM at Sparetime Entertainment in Owatonna and also 9-12PM on Saturday, April 14 at Sparetime. Attendees on Friday night will get the opportunity to enjoy the comedy of Spontaneous Production. There's also the opportunity to bowl in Faribault as well. Friday, April 20 at J and J in Faribault bowlers can take part from 4-8PM.

This years goal is $65,000. Further information can be found at the big Brothers/Big Sisters web site. Each year time slots get filled up so it's advised to call them at (507)-451-5922 to find out what times are still open. As is often the case, there is a real need for male Bigs. It's an opportunity to develop a friendship and help a young life. It doesn't take much if any money to be a big as the folks at Big Brothers/Big Sisters will tell you that the biggest asset you can share is your time.
