In recent days, the local and national news has been filled with coverage revolving around the July 5 death of Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and the July 6 death of Philando Castile in Falcon Heights, Minnesota. Both fatalities were by a member of a police department and both have video coverage.
