A week or so ago, I got the chance to go to the Claremont Hog Fest for work. I had driven by Claremont before, but had never stopped, so I was excited by the chance to check it out!

We arrived early to set up and have a chance to chat with some of the people that worked hard to organize the event. What I discovered is that Claremont is a cute little town, filled with well maintained homes on tree lines streets and a sense of hometown pride!

The festival had quite a bit to offer as well with two free street dances, lawn tractor pulls, volleyball, softball, and horseshoe tournaments, a pancake breakfast, a corn and pork feed, car show, keg toss, parade, and mud bog.

This is something I will certainly place on my summer fun calender next year!
