[/caption]Monday night my wife and I decided to try some burgers on the grill. My wife made up some hefty sized burgers with cheese inside and I set the Dakota Grill's temperature,  slipped the burgers onto the grill, inserted the temperature probe, closed the lid and set the probe temperature and waited until the burgers were done. That's right, I didn't have to keep checking on the meat, I just waited for the Dakota Grill to alert me that the burgers were done. Since the grill seals up so nicely, the burgers stayed juicy. Just before I pulled them out, I flipped them over and let them cook for a couple minutes more. We added a baked potato and some corn on the cob from KDHL Farm Director Jerry Groskreutz's farm and enjoyed a delicious meal. The Dakota Grill made it so easy, and I was able to get a couple of things done around the house while the food was on the grill, and because it cooks with electric heat elements instead of fire, I didn't have to worry about flare ups burning the burgers.

You can find out more about getting one of the many Dakota Grills available at Floyd's Trailer Sales on Seventh Street in Faribault or online at the Floyd's Trailer Sales website.
