Thomas Joseph Incantalupo age 47 of St. Louis Park and an Eden Prairie skating coach has been charged with 5 counts of criminal sexual conduct in Hennepin County District Court.

The alleged abuse of the female figure skater started when she was 14. Now she is 16. One of the counts is for the first-degree count of penetration in multiple acts with a victim under age 16. The other counts relate third-degree criminal sexual conduct, noting he was in a position of authority. It also states Incantalupo engaged in dozens of sex acts with the teen.

According to KSTP in the complaint it says that instances of abuse started in 2015. The victim said the coach was in her room and fondling her. He then forced her into oral sex.

The sex continued on other trips and on one trip he forced her to get a pill because he thought she was pregnant. He took the girl to hotels around their home to continue the relationship. Most recently in December of last year.

The victim told a friend recently and parents called the police. The police had her wear a recording device and she got to say in the recording that he knows what he did was wrong and that he could go to jail. It was after that he was arrested and he is scheduled to appear Friday.

Eden Prairie skating club says that are not aware of any other cases at this time.
