First Thursday Fun Fest in Cannon Falls

The Cannon Falls Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend the First Thursday Fun Fest on June 1 in historic downtown Cannon Falls.

More than 40 vendors will be offering a variety of goods and services. Products ranging from handcrafted items to local honey, cheese and wines; candles and clothing to handcrafted wood lawn furniture and luxury soaps. You’ll find home-baked goodies, jams, jellies, craft items demos, products such as Paparazzi Accessories, Lularoe, Usborne books, Young Living Essential Oils and much, much more.

In recognition of June as Dairy Month, Shepherd’s Center of the Cannon Valley will be handing out free ice cream treats. Throughout the evening, watch robotics demos by the Cannon Falls High School Robotics team! Check out the money-blowing machine hosted by Merchants Bank. Take part in the Goodhue County History Center’s first Pop-Up Museum.

Bring in an object, photograph, or story that answers the question: “What does Cannon Falls mean to you?” Items will be displayed at the Goodhue County History Center’s booth until the end of the fun fest and then you can pick your items up to take home.

Also the ever popular “Celebrity” Trike Race will round out the evening’s activities. Don’t miss the opportunity to cheer on your favorite local “Celebrities” as they vie for the trophy.

Scheduled for the evening:

• 6:30PM: Cannon Falls School of Dance Performances
• 6:30-7:30PM: Cannon Falls Community Band Performs on the ArtOrg Patio
• 7:30PM: “Celebrity” Trike Race
