Monday the 19th

Kasson Fire Hall, 19 E. Main St, from 3:30 to 5:30PM
Blooming Prairie High School, 202 Fourth Ave. NW, from 4:30 to 7:30PM

Tuesday the 20th

West Concord City Hall, 180 Main St, from 10 to 11AM
American Legion Claremont from 1 to 2PM

Monday the 26th - NRHEG Elementary School, 600 School St, from 4 to 7PM.

Saturday, November 7 - Roosevelt School, 122 E. McKinley, in Owatonna from 9AM to Noon.

Medicare, South County Health Alliance, Medical Assistance, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ucare, Health Partners, Medica, Unicare or $35 cash or check.
