The last time I was at Rochester John Marshall high school, it was for a Falcon boys basketball game. It was packed, the band was making a ton of noise. Last night for the girls game the crowd was not that big, no band, but there was some noise out of the Falcon crowd in the second half has the Falcons came back from being down 16 at one point and defeated the Rockets 65-59.

All the girls who played in the game contributed in some way to the win. Leading the scoring were Elana Palmer with 19, Grace Amacher with 18 and Rachel Hanson with 11. Those three, along with Madison Rendler, were named as our State Farm Insurance agents of Faribault players of the game. The Falcons shot 47 percent from the field and I had them for 17 of 28 from the charity stripe.

The Falcons (3-3) face Waterville-Elysian-Morristown in the holiday classic on the 28th.
