Faribault, Goodhue, Northfield, Lakeville North Still Rated in Boys Basketball

A number of KDHL-area teams are still among the top in the state in their respective classes, according to the Minnesota Basketball News.

The Faribault Falcons did suffer their second loss of the season last Friday against Owatonna, but are still ranked 12th in Class 3A.

Also in Class 3A, Northfield is 19th, Austin suffered their first loss last Saturday to John Marshall and are now seventh and Waseca is 10th in Class 3A.

New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva remains unbeaten in Class 2A and still can't crack the top 10. The Panthers are 12th in the latest rankings with Caledonia still second, Lake City fifth and Waterville-Elysian-Morristown 16th.

In Class 1A, Goodhue remains unbeaten and is fourth, Spring Grove is 14th and the unbeaten Cleveland Clippers are 17th.

In Class 4A, Lakeville North is third, Apple Valley fifth, New Prague ninth and Rochester John Marshall 20th.
