Four cast members of the Faribault High School play, The Seussification of Romeo and Juliet, are stopping by the KDHL Studio for AM Minnesota today.

Senior Andrew Phyo plays Romeo and freshman Lauren Jacobson is Juliet. They will be joined on the program by junior Wyatt Thompson and sophomore Emma Paquette.

The play was written by Peter Bloedel of Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato and yesterday he stopped by Faribault High School and spoke to the cast and crew and watched the first act of rehearsals before he had to go. Artistic Director Paul Johnson says it was a lot of fun for everyone involved in the production.

The students will be armed with details to share about performances and ticket prices and more specific information about the play. I always enjoy visiting with youth on the program and hope you will support the students by attending their productions.

I was heavily involved in theater in my youth and know it was always more fun to perform in front of a packed house.
