Faribault Mayor Kevin Voracek and City Administrator Tim Murray were guests on today's KDHL AM Minnesota program.  We covered a number of topics on the show. If you were not able to listen when the show was broadcast there is audio from the program uploaded to this page.

We talked about snow removal in the city, discussed what Murray deemed, "The biggest road and public utilities project in many years,"  Highway 60 from Central Avenue to the railroad tracks near the former Farmer Seed and Nursery is a completely new rebuild including utilities and sidewalks.  The project will also include a new signal at the railroad tracks because the stretch of track is being re-activated.

We got a few details about when the arrival and departure building at the airport  will be replaced.  It will not be a block building because insurance will cover the replacement of what was there.

The two told listeners a roundabout will be coming to Faribault along Highway 3 as you are leaving town just past the cemetery at the intersection with 30th Avenue which goes into the industrial park.
