Grilling Up Chicken on the Dakota Grill

I spent the afternoon mowing my parents' lawn today and worked up one heck of an appetite. My wife, Bev, had already picked up some chicken breasts for us to grill on the Dakota Grill I've been trying out from Floyd's Trailer Sales in Faribault. When I got home, I pulled the form-fitting grill cover off and starting preheating this premium electric grill. Once it got up to temperature I placed the chicken breasts inside with the temperature probe in one of them. That's it, that's all I had to do, the grill does all the cooking. I knew I had about 30 minutes to kill, so I spent that time weeding and cleaning up our tomato garden. By the time I was done doing that, and picking a few of the ripe tomatoes, the chicken was done. Bev had already whipped up a wonderful garden broccoli salad and some sweet potatoes, so we sat down to eat and enjoy our delicious Dakota Grilled chicken.
