Help Needed Finding West St. Paul Man

The West St. Paul Police Department is asking for help in finding 54-year-old Timothy John Rolando. He is described as white, 6' 3", 160-170 pounds and primarily bald.

He was last seen wearing a grey coat and jeans.

He suffers from schizoaffective disorder, along with depression and anxiety, which he has prescribed medications to help him manage this. However, it is believed he is not presently taking his medications.

His family last heard from him on Friday evening around 10:30 pm when he was in the Little Canada area. If you see him or know of his whereabouts, please call the Dakota County Communications Center at 651-322-2323.
