Hostess says it is recalling 710,000 cases of snack cakes and donuts because they were produced using the now recalled Grain Craft Flour. Hostess says because of that flour usage, the products may have low levels of undeclared peanut residue.

Hostess says the amount of peanut exposure is low and not expected to affect people who have peanut allergies. They have only received two reports of allergic reactions related to the products named in the recall.

The products were sold to mass merchandisers, grocery stores, distributors, dollar stores, drug stores and convenience stores throughout the United States and Mexico.

If you have a sensitivity or allergy to peanuts, discard the product or return it for a refund. The product is fine to consume if you are not suffering allergies. Here is a list of recalled products.
