Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Kasson man with a history of alcohol-related arrests has been caught again - after crashing into a fire hydrant in Rochester.

It happened around 11:00 Thursday night near the East Highway 52 frontage road south of 37th St. NW.

Police Capt. John Sherwin says 33-year-old Brian Goodwill was driving without a license and failed a sobriety test. Sherwin says the vehicle Goodwill was driving crashed into a parked full-sized van but he kept going. Moments later he crashed into the fire hydrant. Two passengers with Goodwill escaped injury.

Goodwill was charged two weeks ago for driving without a license.
