David Greibrok was stuck in a corn bin in eastern Freeborn County until rescuers freed him and he walked away.

He had gone into the bin to break up rotten corn. His brother Allan said that at one point the corn was near the top of his brother's head. Todd Earl, a Freeborn County Sheriff's Deputy, said that they used rescue tubes and an auger to relieve the pressure of the corn off David Greibrok. A hole was cut in the bin to allow the corn to spill out onto the ground.

Firefighters from six departments helped in the rescue.
