Last night we were just one of the many participants in the annual Morristown Dam Days Celebration's Twilight Parade, which started at 7PM. The day had been a fairly hot one, and there was a brief rain shower toward the start, but once that had passed the temperature dropped a few degrees and it was very comfortable. Sitting at No. 103 it was quite a while before we got moving and made our way along the parade route. We saw a lot of people we knew and met a bunch of new people along the way. The Power Crew went through a ton of candy, and John Anderson remarked that he thought this was one of the best turnouts for the parade he'd seen. I have to agree, the boulevards along the way were packed with people. It was wonderful seeing so many people attending this year's parade.

The Morristown Dam Days Celebration continues through this weekend with all kinds of fun activities throughout both days. To find out a complete listing of all the events that the whole family can enjoy, visit their Facebook page.
