We're getting closer to the Blue Collar BBQ and Arts Festival, on the 200 and 300 blocks of downtown Faribault, this Saturday from 11AM to 11PM. With 12 hours of music, I've been playing tracks from some of the artists that will be entertaining event-goers throughout the day.

Yesterday's Power 96 Cool One came from the Jason Paulson Band, a tune called "Jericho Road" off Volume 1 of his double CD History release, which you will be able to purchase at the show. For today's Cool One, I dipped back into Moses Oakland's music library and pulled out a tune called "Congo Square," which I hope he'll perform this Saturday. Moses puts on a great show and the music just seems to flow through him when he's up on the stage, so much so, that sometimes he just has to climb down off the stage and share his music by playing among all the dancers and the audience.

Make sure your listening at 4:35PM for another taste of Moses Oakland on the Power 96 Cool One, brought to you by Kelly's Auto Parts in Faribault.
