Yesterday's Power 96 Cool One was Bryan Adams' "It's Only Love." The single from his fourth studio album, Reckless, went on to hit No. 15 on the U.S. Billboard 100 and No. 7 on the Mainstream Rock chart. It featured Tina Turner and was the sixth and final single released from the album, it also turned up on Turner's live album, Tina Live in Europe. Reckless made it to No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200, releasing a total of six singles including "Somebody," "Summer of 69," "Heaven," "Run to You," "One Night Love Affair" and yesterday's Cool One, "It's Only Love," making it one of Adams' most successful records.

I've only seen Adams once in concert. I believe it was in support of his 1991 effort, "Waking Up The Neighbors." I do know that it was at the Mayo Civic Center in Rochester and he put on a great show. The nice thing about seeing him in concert is that he has a fairly deep and well-known catalog of hits to draw from so I knew every song.

Listen at 4:35PM today for the next Power 96 Cool One, brought to you by Kelly's Auto Parts in Faribault.
