Kingdom Come and their single "Living Out of Touch" was yesterday's Power 96 Cool One, brought to you by Kelly's Auto Parts in Faribault. Taken from their 1988 self-titled release, this track found itself at No. 27 on the U.S. Hot Mainstream Rock Track chart. This was pretty good for the debut release of a band whose singer, Lenny Wolf, hails from Germany and weathered the critics complaining that they sound like Led Zeppelin clones. Their biggest hit of the album was "Get It On," which made it to No. 69 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and No. 4 on the U.S. Hot Mainstream Rock Track chart, while their other single, "What Love Can Be," charted at No. 26 on the U.S. Hot Mainstream Rock Track chart.

Today's Power 96 Cool One comes from a British supergroup of sorts from the late '70s and early '80s. They put together one studio album, one "live" album and dropped three singles on the world. Who are they? Be listening at 4:35PM to find out.
