Yesterday's Power 96 Cool One Came from the Yes album Big Generator. I featured  "Rhythm of Love," the lead single from the album, which charted at No. 40 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and No 2 on the U.S. Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks chart in 1987. This song has a pop-heavy sound and was even remixed as a dance version, although I can't recall ever hearing it.

Released four years after 1983's commercially successful album 90125, Big Generator was their 12th studio release and scored the No. 15 position on the U.S. Billboard 200 and gave us three other hits, "Shoot High Aim Low," "Final Eyes" and "Love Will Find a Way." Big Generator also garnered a Grammy nomination for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal.

Join me today at 4:35PM for another edition of the Power 96 Cool One, brought to you by Kelly's Auto Parts in Faribault. My featured track comes from today's chosen artist's last charting album, which is often overlooked by most radio stations, but I feel it warrants another listen.
