On Thursday I picked a tune for the Power 96 Cool One from Peter Frampton that I bet you haven't heard in a long time, or maybe never. The single was "I Can't Stand It No More" and it came from his sixth studio album, Where I Should Be, released on May 30, 1979. This would prove to be his last album to break into the Top 40 in the United States, making it to No. 19 on the U.S. Billboard 200. The Cool One peaked at No. 14 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100.

Following his hit albums 1976's Frampton Comes Alive and 1977's I'm In You, the album Where I Should Be also feature a pair of Isaac Hayes/David Porter covers, "You KNow I Don't Like You" and "May I Baby."
