The Rice Country Fair Queen Coronation was started by KDHL's Dean Curtiss, and many years later, KDHL still has a strong presence in the event with News and Sports Director Gordy Kosfeld serving as the Master of Ceremonies. As always, KDHL will be broadcasting the events over the airwaves on 920AM, but this year, we are excited to also be able to live stream video of the coronation.

This year's Rice County Fair has eight young ladies trying for the title of Rice County Fair Queen. The contestants are Kayla Ballstadt of Northfield, Breannca Bussert of Faribault, Michelle Hohrman of Northfield, Jane Ludwig of Lonsdale, along with Elizabeth Oys of Northfield, Hannah Thompson of Morristown, Natalea Trump of Morristown, and Rebecca Tutewohl or Faribault.

The outgoing court is composed of Queen Carrie Conrad, First Attendant Breannca Busert, and Second Attendant Kelsey Westad.  The men of KDHL, Master of Ceremonies Gordy Kosfeld and Escort Jerry Groskruetz, spruced up for the event. To see the ladies and all of the ceremony, watch the stream live!
