See You at the Blue Collar BBQ Pre-Party

The Blue Collar BBQ and Arts Festival hosted by the Paradise Center for the Arts is the summer's premiere downtown music event. Live music from a great line-up of bands from 11AM to 11PM tomorrow includes Prairie Dog Fight Club, the Shasta Kings, the Swamp Kings, Moses Oakland, Mark Allen and the Key West Rejects and the Headliner Chad Johnson and the 8th Street Band. Mark stopped by the studio this morning and treated us to a new song that will be on his next CD, and he'll be joining Jason Paulson and Chad for a special preview of show they've been working on. On top of all the great music there's a BBQ competition, a variety of food and beverages, crafts and artwork and plenty of things for the kids to do and more. This is definitely a can't-miss event.

To kick things off, Faribault Mainstreet is throwing a Blue Collar BBQ Pre-Party at F-Town Brewing Company, in downtown Faribault. Stop by and register for a chance to win a $500 Traeger Wood Pellet Grill and enjoy a cold one while I rock the joint with some oldies and classic rock between 6-9PM tonight. Also you'll want to be there for the official Grill Lighting Ceremony at 8PM.
