A former basketball coach at Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton was charged Monday with interfering with the privacy of a minor and stalking a minor. A total of eight felony counts in all.

Twenty-eight-year old Zachary Patrick Roberts was charged.

The criminal complaint states that after a game against Wells High School in December, one of the players got a pen out of Roberts' gym bag to write down a play. At that time, the player discovered the pen was actually a camera. The videos off the camera showed naked boys going in and out of the shower.

Roberts was also employed as a choir instructor in the JWP school district. He faces a date in court in July.

He resigned from his position in January of this year.
