Last week, I asked listeners to take a poll and let me know, if elections were today, who would they vote for? Participants took the poll and let me know who is getting their vote for the role of commander in chief, and the results are in!

If the elections were right now, based on our southern Minnesota poll participants, the race would be tight, but Donald Trump would be the winner and hold the title of being the 45th president of the United States. Donald Trump took 37 percent of the vote, Hillary Clinton was close behind with 33 percent of the vote. Gary Johnson took 19 percent of the vote, 7 percent of participants said they were voting for "Other," and Jill Stein and "Not Voting" each took 2 percent of the vote.
