Spectre’, the upcoming 24th James Bond movie, is currently filming in Austria where it is probably as cold and snowy as wherever you are right now (damn you, Polar Vortex!). The cast and crew took some time out to update 007 fans on the progress of the upcoming film with a video blog on what they're currently shooting, which they promise manages to top even ‘Skyfall’.

The first ‘Spectre’ photo can be seen above and features Bond in black, sporting some rad eyewear. If only we all looked that cool when we were out in the snow. Below, you can see the first video from the production, and while it doesn't feature a lot of James Bond himself, you do get new Bond girl Lea Seydoux, Dave Bautista and the crew talking about what they're planning as the big action sequence in the film. Said producer Gregg Wilson, “We have to deliver an amazing sequence and this is going to be one of the major action sequences of the movie, a jewel in the crown so to speak. It’s going to be spectacular and Austria seemed to offer everything that we needed to pull it off.”

In a Marvel and ‘Star Wars’ dominated world, it's actually refreshing to see a production embrace the internet and offer up some details on production as they're filming. Hopefully they'll keep up this ‘Spectre’ video blogs as production continues.

A cryptic message from Bond’s past sends him on a trail to uncover a sinister organization. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind SPECTRE.

‘Spectre’ opens in theaters on November 6.
