Hot Dog

They were a concession classic you could only get at the previous home of the Minnesota Twins, but the Dome Dogs are coming back this week.

The other night my wife and I couldn't decide whether to grill hot dogs or hamburgers on the Dakota Grill, from Floyd's Trailer Sales, so we compromised and decided to make both. This worked well for us because the hot dogs grilled up pretty quickly and we were able to sit down to a meal of hot dogs, coleslaw and potato chips and eat that while the hamburgers continued to cook unattended... The other I night I grilled up some delicious hot dogs on the Dakota Grill that I've been trying out, courtesy of Floyd's Trailer Sales in Faribault, for the past couple of weeks. Once again everything went smoothly. I set the grill temperature, inserted the probe into one of the wieners and set the temperature, placed several hot dogs on the grill rack, closed the lid and starting cooking them...
