This independent documentary is about millions of Americans living in long-term recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. Social stigma has kept their voices silent for decades. This silence has been filled by sensational mass media depictions of addiction that perpetuate a lurid fascination with the dysfunctional side of what is a treatable disease. Recovery is out to change the conversation about addiction from problems to positive solutions.

The moving story of The Anonymous People is told through the voices of the citizens, leaders, executives, and public figures who “lay it all on the line" to save others who suffer from addiction. See this FREE film at Faribault's Paradise Center and learn to take part in a movement that aims to transform public opinion and shift problematic policies towards positive solutions.
