Update: 3 deceased identified

The Goodhue County Sheriff's Office reports that 3 people were killed Saturday morning in a crash that happened at about 11:45 a.m on County Road 18, near Miesville.

The three people that were killed were passengers. Both drivers were transported to hospitals with injuries; one by air and one by ambulance. Sunday the deceased were identified as Stacy Lande, 47, Zachary Johnson, 8, and Taylor Johnson, 5. Lande was the children's grandmother.

According to the Star Tribune, one vehicle was from Wisconsin. A male was reportedly driving that vehicle and was pinned inside immediately afterward, but was alert, Also in that vehicle was a female, reported to be unconscious, and two infants.

In the other vehicle that was an SUV from South Dakota, had a female driver and she was "out of the car" walking around.

No other information about the crash is yet available.

Later on Saturday near Stacy, 24 year old Iman Nefertiti Abdullah of Superior, WI, was killed when her Chevy Tahoe was southbound on Interstate 35 when it drifted to the left. She apparently overcorrected and went off into the right ditch and rolled, ejecting herself and her passenger. The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. The passenger was identified as Janae Marlene Lowe-Banks age 21 of St. Paul. She was transported to Regions Hospital.
