Wow, another summer has pretty much blown by and sadly August has had more of an autumn feel to it with the cooler temperatures and rainy days. With the fall looming right around the corner and winter not to far behind that, you're probably thinking about cleaning out the garage to make room for that new snowblower you've been wanting to buy or maybe a spot for that four wheeler you bought this summer. Once you clear out some room what are you going to do with those boxes of old DVDs, nick-nacks and whatever else you decided to get rid of?

Well I have the answer for you, price them all and pack them back into their boxes and bring them down to the Rice County Historical Society's Flea Market on Saturday, September 9, from 8AM to 2PM. You'll make a few bucks, meet some nice people and have a fun time while you re-home all those items that you and your family once enjoyed. A 10 X 20 foot space only costs $20 in advance and $25 the day of the flea market. Plus the Rice County Historical Society will open and free to the public during the sale.

Now get to work and start cleaning your garage out and while you're at it have you looked in the basement lately?
