Twins Caravan Coming to Bashers January 25

Some Minnesota Twins are scheduled to be in Faribault soon.

The Twins Caravan has been an award-winning event for decades.

Groups of players, coaches and broadcasters cross the upper Midwest in the middle of winter to get closer to their fans.

Bashers Restaurant in Faribault will be offering an all-you-can-eat Ballpark Buffet at 11AM Monday, January 25, that will include Ballpark franks, sloppy joes, chips and coleslaw.

It will be a great way to get primed for the arrival of the Twins.

There is limited seating and the Twins tell us autographs will be limited to one item per player.

The players in attendance are scheduled to be Glen Perkins, Kyle Gibson, Hall of Famer Bert Blyleven and Twins radio announcer Kris Atteberry. TC Bear is also going to join us.

Minnesota had an incredible season in 2015.

They were in the playoff hunt until the final weekend and, at one time, were in first place in their division.

The Kansas City Royals not only eventually won the division but also the World Series.
