Walking after dark

Fall is such a beautiful time of year, and this year we've been very lucky in the weather department. It's been warm, and perfect for getting out and enjoying nature. The only thing I'm not enjoying? How early it gets dark!

The sun setting so early is something I have not yet adjusted to. I sit at work creating ideas of how I'll spend my evenings outdoors, only to be greeted by darkness when I'm finally able to get out there. The other night, I decided not to let the lack of light detour me, and took my dogs for a walk in the warm fall weather. It was a perfect stroll, and much needed! Maybe I'll be walking after dark more often..
