We have finished the regular season for Minnesota prep football and sectional playoffs begin next week. The Minnesota State High School League preaches good sportsmanship, and if a player acts out the coach is the one to remind them of that. But what do you do if it is the coach showing bad sportsmanship? That was the case earlier this week in Northern Minnesota with one of Mora's coaches intentionally walking through and interrupting Aitkin's entrance onto their home field.

What a poor example set by that coach in the video! You have to appreciate the players for Aitkin not spearing or tackling this guy as he walks through and interrupts the line.

The video was taken by Laurie Hanson and has been shared over a thousand times since last Friday night. The game featured an undefeated Mora Mustang team coming to play an Aitkin team that was 5-1 at the time. Despite the poor sportsmanship Mora walked away winning the game 64-36, but in reality, those Aitkin players really won by choosing civility in that moment.

H/T Laurie Hanson for letting me share this video!
