The sun is shining, temperatures are unseasonably warm for this time of year and the weekend is a few short hours away! Things are looking up! As usual, there is no shortage of ways to celebrate the short break from the daily grind. The Faribault area has some fun things going on this weekend for you to enjoy!

  • A multicultural event celebrating food, beer and coffee is being hosted tonight starting at 5PM at the Steele County History Center in Owatonna.
  • The Faribault Ice Arena is holding Open Skate on Saturday from 12:30-3:30PM. Skate rentals available. There is no cost with the donation of a canned food item.
  • Take a guided snowshoe trek through the River Bend Nature Center on Saturday at 3PM during Woods and Words.
  • The Paradise Center for the Arts presents Kevin Mac's Classic Country Jukebox on Saturday evening.
  • On Sunday at 6PM the Faribault Ice Arena holds Open Skate.

Have a great weekend!
