This week has been nearly perfect weather wise, and the forecast for the weekend looks like more sunshine and high temperatures are headed our way. To help you make the most of the summer sun, I've rounded up some events going on in the Faribault area this weekend!

  • Downtown Faribault is going crazy on Friday and Saturday, and sales are abundant during Faribault Main Street Crazy Days. In addition to deals, the event also boasts sidewalk chalk, hula hooping, the Rice County Sheriff's Office and Faribault Police Department's mobile command center and more. Plus new this year is an evening of pub games.
  • The Dodge County Relay for Life will be held Friday beginning at 6PM in Kasson. Join the fight against cancer.
  • It's Dennison Days and the event features a classic car show and musical entertainment.
  • The Merlin Players will be performing "Nine" at the Paradise Center for the Arts in Faribault on Friday and Saturday.
  • Claremont Hogfest is underway with some highlights being the RAD Zoo, a sweet corn eating contest, and the Grand Parade on Sunday.

Have a great weekend!
