Worship at the Church of Cash

This Friday night the Paradise Center for the Arts invites you to worship at the Church of Cash. No, no, it's not what you think, you won't be attending Mass and kneeling before a large pile of cash as you throw on your offerings. No sir, you'll be entertained by one of the top notch Johnny Cash tribute bands touring today. The best part is, if you listen to the Power 96 Morning Show this week, you could win a pair tickets to the show.

Now I realize that Power 96 is a classic rock station, but any rock star worth his/her grain of salt will tell you that the man in black influenced them one way or another before they began their career. From what I've been told by those who saw last year's show, the Church of Cash bring to life the music and spirit of this iconic musician, leaving you wanting more. Their Facebook page describes their show as, "The best Johnny Cash Tribute show on Earth. The Church of Cash doesn't just introduce the song and then play it, they excite you. They bring you along on a electric journey of songs you know with the rock-n-roll attitude that keeps you watching."
