A Look Back: Sand Art, Rice County
This bottle of sand art was created by Andrew Clemens of Dubuque, Iowa, for Faribault’s Lyman Tuttle, who owned Tuttle Meat Market. Clemens created these masterpieces one grain of sand at a time.
