Fed Ex, UPS and the United States Postal service have all just released their shipping deadlines for the 2021 holiday season in Minnesota.

It may only be October, but it's never too early to start thinking about Christmas, right? It is-- if you're sending any gifts to relatives across the country this year or are doing any online shopping. And the big three carriers you'll no doubt use to deliver those presents have all just released their holiday shipping deadlines for the Land of 10,000 Lakes.

The good news is that this year's shipping deadlines (which are the last recommended day to ships gifts in order for them to arrive in time for delivery on December 24th) are fairly similar to deadlines last year and in 2019. The bad news, though, is that-- stop me if you've heard this already-- the pandemic could throw a monkey wrench into things.

According to USA Today, "Consumers should brace themselves for late packages and possible disappointment even if they meet the cutoffs amid the coronavirus pandemic and with widespread supply chain disruptions," the story said.

So, the best advice is to shop EARLY, the earlier the better, the story said. And if you ARE doing a lot of online shopping this year, USA Today says to keep these deadlines in mind:
