Once again Power 96 is proud to be a part of the ninth annual the Ride 2016 hosted by 1st United Bank of Faribault on Saturday, August 13, at Faribault Harley-Davidson. This benefit helps raise money for area hospice programs and services, Faribault Area Senior Citizens Inc. and the Hope Center. I'll be out there cranking out some great classic rock tunes and broadcasting live starting at 8:30AM. This 100- mile ride is open to all makes and models of bikes along with vintage and custom vehicles. Stop by and enjoy a hot breakfast before you take off. Registration starts at 8:30AM with rides departing every half hour starting at 9:30AM. The cars will be leaving at 10AM. In the past, each ride has been escorted by Rice County Sheriff Troy Dunn. Once the riders return, there will be live music from Lo Rumble II, food, prizes and a raffle drawing including cash prizes of $100, $250, $500 and $1,000 or a six-day, five-night getaway to Summer Bay Resort in Orlando and more.
