Annual Grandma’s Marathon Event Returns This Month
If you're like me, you haven't started training for any of the Grandma's Marathon races just yet. I like to give myself a little breather before I hit it hard later this month!
Whether you never stopped running since the last Grandma's Marathon races or you are about to ramp up your mileage, it's officially race season.

Just this past weekend, the annual 'Saturday Morning At The Races' series kicked off and will continue throughout the month as a great way to get your kids active during these dreary winter months.
Now, you can get yourself ready for race season with the Gearing Up For Grandma's event - kicking off the first of many events for the big race weekend.
Save The Date: Gearing Up For Grandma's Is Back This Weekend!
The annual event is back on Saturday (January 10th) and is once again hosted by Essentia Health, who holds the pre-race training seminar again this year. This informative session is all about how to train, stretch, fuel and more.
