For example, WalletHub recently revealed that Minnesota is one of the most fun states for 2025. That's not usually the first thing that comes to mind when Minnesota is brought up so that was cool.

Earlier this month, Minnesota was also given the title of being one of the best places to have a baby. Now, we have another title to add to the roster and this one might be the best yet.

EssayShark Names The Smartest Ten States In The Country

This new study was done by EssayShark, an online essay writing service website. They put together a list of the ten smartest states in the country by looking at a variety of factors, like average IQ scores, high school completion and more.

They also looked at things like literacy rates, college entrance exam results and economic performance. They used a weighted scoring system to make the list - and we should be glad they did because Minnesota won huge here.

The brainiest? The smartest? Check! Minnesota snagged the very top spot in this new study with an overall intelligence score of about eighty-three percent, which is impressive considering all the factors I mentioned!

Why did we so well? In short, according to these findings, a small number of residents don't have high school diplomas, and the average IQ score is about 104. This is definitely a fun list to be a part of!
