Walmart’s “Modern Makeover” Starts Next Week in Superior
Changes are coming soon to the Walmart in Superior. The store will be undergoing a remodel to transform it into "a modern masterpiece." Because of the remodel, there will be some temporary changes customers need to know about. The changes will start next week.
Online Grocery Pickup Temporarily Moves
Beginning on May 26, the online grocery pickup will be temporarily moving to the other side of the store. Currently, the DISPENSE AREA (that's what they call it), is located to the left of the store. It will be moving temporarily to the opposite side of the store. It will be to the right of the storefront and near the Automotive Entrance.
Walmart posted the update on Facebook on Monday night, and asks that guests follow the signage and associate direction to their new location.
Walmart Is Hiring Temporary Workers For Remodel
The Superior Walmart has been hiring to help work on the remodel. The position is still open. It's temporary, and the pay range is between $16-$29/hr.

The job duties are focused on assisting facilities through the remodel process, working with fixtures, dismantling and setting up new fixtures, and cleaning areas.
Superior Walmart Remodeled for a Better Fulfillment Experience
The rumor is that the remodel for Walmart is needed because of the popularity of online orders and delivery services as they modernize the store. The post does say they are doing this to create a Better Fulfillment Experience at the Superior store.
