Ramsey-Based Beverage Company Unveils New State Fair ‘Destination’
A Ramsey-based beverage company unveiled a new Minnesota State Fair 'destination', shortly after the list of new fair foods was released. The destination will offer both food and beverages to state fair attendees. Here's what we learned about Summer Lakes Beverage's state fair venture.
From Ramsey To The Great Minnesota Get-Together
Summer Lakes Beverage, which is based in Ramsey, is known for its cocktail/mocktail mixes that are, according to their website, "inspired by easy going lake days and memorable gatherings".
The company shared on social media yesterday that it would be offering a new destination at the fair, called the Summer Lakes Boat House. It promises both food and beverage, plus some entertainment for those who want to stop and take a break from all the people watching.
You'll find the new destination over by the 'Big Wheel' and not far from the Little Farm Hands experience for kids. The state fair lists the Summer Lakes Boat House as being on the West side of Underwood Street between Randall and Wright Avenues.
A New Food Offering For 2026 From Summer Lakes Too!
On top of offering cocktail/mocktail mixes, the company is hopping on the new fair food bandwagon and is offering up what they are calling Dockside Poppers.
