The responding officer recognized the suspect as 44-year-old Jonelle Suezette Hill from prior law enforcement contacts.

A woman at the business told the officer that Hill exposed herself in the presence of a 3-year-old, the complaint says. Police also learned that parents at the laundromat left the business after Hill allegedly exposed herself in the presence of their two children.

The officer went to his squad vehicle to write a citation for Hill, who the officer suspected of being intoxicated, the complaint says.

He then saw her come from outside of the business, lift her skirt and urinate on the sidewalk, the charges say. She also allegedly exposed herself while outside of the business.

Hill is charged with gross misdemeanor fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct, gross misdemeanor and misdemeanor indecent exposure, trespassing and disorderly conduct.

She was released without bail following her first court appearance on Tuesday and is due back in court next month.
