Busy 5 Days in Annandale Celebrating Independence Day
ANNANDALE (WJON News) -- There are five days of fun in Annandale as they host their annual 4th of July celebration.
The events start on Wednesday with the carnival opening at 4:00 p.m., Music in the Park with the Annandale Community Band starts at 7:00 p.m., and the boat parade is also at 7:00 p.m.
Thursday's highlights include the parade at 10:00 a.m., the Annandale Ambassador Coronation at 5:30 p.m., Music in the Park with the Fabulous Armadillos at 7:00 p.m., and fireworks at dusk.
On Friday they have a pork chop dinner at 6:00 p.m., and Music in the Park at 6:00 p.m.
Saturday there is a kiddie parade at 10:30 a.m. and a kid's tractor pull at 11:30 a.m., Music in the Park with the West Metro Big Band is at 6:00 p.m.

Sunday the celebration wraps up with the carnival and bingo.
