Commodity Broker Gordy Kralovetz with Chiodo Commodities said China buying over 2 MMT of U.S. corn helped corn recover after dropping around 70 cents a bushel. China and maybe other end users saw value after the big break. The market does not appear to be real concerned about the worst drought in modern history in Argentina as beans were down hard last week!

The market does not appear to be real concerned about the second crop of corn in Brazil either. Part of the lack of concern may be that Brazil is harvesting a huge soybean crop right now? It seemed like all the ag markets were more concerned about the Federal Reserve raising interest rates and the concern with bank failures.
